MAS Solutions is a principal consultancy providing program recovery, governance design and delivery leadership for complex programs. Engagements are scoped, assessed and led by the principal consultant — fully embedded within the client organisation, accountable throughout.
The principal-led model exists because program recovery requires consistent judgment, not a rotating team. The consultant who understands the actual state of the program at the start is the same person accountable for the outcome at the end.
