Julian is a senior transformation consultant and founder of MAS Solutions, a boutique advisory firm focused on strategy alignment, operational uplift, and change delivery in complex, asset-intensive environments. With over 20 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar programs across healthcare, infrastructure, government, and financial services, Julian helps clients navigate high-stakes reform with structure, clarity, and confidence.
